Product introduction:

 

Polypropylene (PP-R) pipes for hot and cold water is also named type three polypropylene tubes, was formed by the random copolymerized polypropylene pipe with extrusion.

Our company PP-R pipe passed 5000 thermal cycling test certified by the National Quality Supervision Center, and 8760 hours thermal stability test certified by the National Chemical Building Materials Testing Center.

 

Performance

 

Polypropylene (PP-R) pipes for hot and cold water pipes, is environmental protection and saving energy products with international advanced level, has the following characteristics:

 

u  Light weight

Density is 0.89-0.92g/cm3, only 1/9 of steel tube, 1/10 of copper tube. Because of the light weight, which can greatly reduce installation difficulty and transport costs.

 

u  non-toxic

The pipe is the product of green environmental protection, no pollution, non-toxic

 

u  Long service life

Pipe under normal circumstances, life is longer than that of other materials pipe under the working pressure 10kg/cm2;

 

u  Good heat resistance

When the working temperature is 700C, can be used for a long time. The short-term use of water temperature can reach 950C;

 

u  Good corrosion resistance

There is chemical reaction for mostly ion in water and Chemicals in building, no rust, no corrosion, no bacteria;

 

u  Low thermal conductivity

Thermal conductivity of 200 °Cfor 0.23-0.24W/MK,smaller than the steel pipe (43-52W/MK) , so PP-R pipe have the good insulation performance;

 

u  Low pipeline resistance

The inner wall of the pipe is smooth, no scaling, the friction coefficient is only 0.007, far below the metal pipeline;

 

u  Firmly connected pipeline

Because the polypropylene has good butt fusion performance, butt fusion between pipe and fitting made by the same material, eliminate the trouble of Water Leakage;

 

u  Recyclable

In the production, construction, use process without any pollution to the environment, waste can be recyclable utilized, belongs to the green products;
