Application:

The model is a tough stainless steel spindle capper designed to automatically place and tighten a wide variety of screw and lug type caps and closures onto containers. Each of it’s six tightening spindles is spring loaded for increased disk to cap contact and reduced disk wear and driven by a torque sensitive individually controlled motor. This unique design eliminates the need for transmissions, belts, pulleys, and universal shafts. By reducing these components, maintenance time is decreased, while the capability and adjustability of the capper is increased to accommodate standard container closures ranging from 20mm – 80 mm with no modifications.
