Photosynthesis of plant Junior high school biology experiment

Experiment Objective: 
Through the experiment understand photosynthesis process and oxygen concentration of carbon dioxide change,

explore the process of photosynthesis.

Experiment Principle:
Photosynthetic green plants through the chloroplasts, use light, the carbon dioxide and water into the energy storage

of organic matter, and release oxygen process.
Carbon dioxide + water→organic + oxygen

Experiment Materials:
WCY photosynthesexperiment Device,data collector / data logger ,or computer, aquatic plants, desk lamp, beaker,Dissolved oxygen sensors,oxygen sensors,CO2 sensor;

Experiment Procedure:
1.Connect with dissolved oxygen sensors,oxygen sensors,CO2 sensor,data collector, computer.
2.Prepare aquatic plants into beaker, for equal amounts of dead plants in another in the beaker, and pour in the 

same amount of water in two beakers, make grasses dipped into it.
3.Make dissolved oxygen sensor separately in both beaker, open software, two dissolved oxygen in the data are 

displayed in the y axis, began to collect data, use desk lamp to both beaker respectively in light of the aquatic plants 

in equidistance, ten minutes to end the experiment that dissolved oxygen in the data.

Experiment Analyze:
Photosynthesis is a specific life activities of chlorophyte. Under the condition of sunshine and water sufficient,in which

the chlorophyte consuming carbon dioxide and synthesizing starch,meanwhile releasing oxygen. Because the traditional 

biological experiment instrument can not to measure the content variation of oxygen and CO2. So using the indirect 

method to determinate the starch production. WCY Oxygen sensor and CO2 sensor with high sensitivity that can display 

real time with the change curve of Oxygen and CO2 concentration on computer. In general,respiration is decreasing oxygen,

rising carbon dioxide.However on the contrary,Photosynthesis making the oxygen rising up but the CO2 go down.
