Classification of barley

For a lot of beer brewing barley, there are several kinds of classification methods:

1) according to the grain growth and morphological classification, can be divided into two rowed barley, four rowed barley and six rowed barley.

2) according to the classification of the planting season, divided into winter barley and spring barley.

3) according to the appearance and color classification, can be divided into wampee barley, white barley and purple skin barley.
