Excavator load moment indicator is an independent company development and production of professional-type excavator safety device. The excavators load moment indicator is mainly used for overload alarm and anti-rollover protection. It ensures the excavator only operates in a safe operating range and will automatically prevent the excavator from moving to dangerous direction.

  Functions and Features
1.     Automatic display of the excavator boom (boom) and stick (arm) angle.
2.     If the actual excavator operating torque is greater than the maximum operating torque, the excavator load moment indicator will automatically alarm, initiate the over moment automatic control and automatic protection
3.     The product also has other important functions and features: waterproof,
moisture-proof, anti-vibration and anti-interference.

3.     Alarm setting point: the alarm will be triggered when the excavator actual
operating torque reaches 90% of the set operating torque limit. The alarm will be sounding and excavator load moment indicator will initiate automatic control when the excavator actual operating torque reaches 105% of the set operating toque limit (can self-set deviation range)
