 Type:

Isotropic ferrite magnets:  Isotropic ferrite magnets are not oriented and can be magnetized in any direction

Anisotropic ferrite magnets:  Anisotropic ferrite magnets are different, they are all oriented in the manufacturing direction, and should be magnetized in the direction of orientation.

Material: Ferrite magnet

Grade: 

Features:  

1. Least expensive material compared to alnico and rare earth magnets  

2. High intrinsic coercive force 

3. Available in simple shapes only due to manufacturing process 

4. Lower service temperature than alnico, greater than rare earth 

5. Finishing requires diamond cutting or grinding wheel 

6. Lower energy product than alnico and rare earth magnets 

7. Most common grades of ceramic are 1, 5 and 8 (1-8 possible) 

8. Grade 8 is the strongest ceramic material available 

9. Tooling can be expensive

Application: Widely used in ammeter, speaker, audio, phone, TV, dynamo, DC permanent magnet motors                          (used in cars), etc.

Packing: 

1. By Sea: They will be packed in a white box of pieces each, several boxes to a carton. (Detailed package           quantity should be made upon the real products)

2. By Air: If the goods will be shipped by air, all the magnetic should be degaussed and we will use Iron           sheet to shield.

Transportation:

1. By Sea: If the GW is over 50kg, we advise ship by sea when you are not urgent for the goods as the charge     of ocean way is cheaper than by air.

    P.S Appointed shipping company or our own forwarders all could be used in shipment.

2. By Air: If the good below 30kg, we advise ship by air as we HAWELL MAG signed a long-term                     agreement with Express (DHL, TNT, FedEx) and the best discount we can provide to you.
