The working theory of LZ series large size of multi-arc ion vacuum coating machine is application 

vacuum arc discharge technology to evaporation source technology ,to ignite the evaporation source (cathode) in a vacuum environment, and the formation of a self-sustaining arc discharge with the anode, release cathode substances ions from the cathodic arc brilliant point. Due to the current local focus, 

the Joule heat generated so that the local outbreak of the cathode material to ionization, 

combined with the reaction gas under the action of the workpiece bias, the formation of a 

plated film deposited on the workpiece surface.
