This product is the new upgrade multi-function density measurement instrument,which has been researched and developed for a long time;It has the function of reading density value instantly,also the abrasion loss of relative volume,DIN,ARI,AKRON,expansion rate,change rate of quality and volume can be displayed.this machine has been applied widely and covered the whole rubber plastic industrial chain.

There are three different measuring mode:

density measuring M mode;
abrasion loss,expansion rate,density measurement D mode;
water absorption,quality and volume change rate measurement L mode.

Density of rubber,plastic and tyre;change rate of quality and volume;in accordance with ASTM D792,ASTM D297,GB/T533 standard.
Rubber expansion rate;in accordance with GB/T18173.
Volume abrasion loss DIN;in accordance with GB/T9867, DIN53516,I SO464.
AKRON abrasion loss;in accordance with GB/T1689.
Water absorption for other liquids.
solid density for other industries.

Density measuring mode procedure:
(1)Place sample on testing board to measure weight in air,press ENTER key to memory.

(2)Place sample into water,density value will be displayed instantly(No need to press ENTER key)

Volume abrasion loss measuring mode procedure:
(1)Place sample on testing board to measure weight in air,press ENTER key to memory.

(2)Place sample into water to measure weight,press ENTER key,density value will be displayed.

(3)After abrasion testing is done,place sample on testing board to measure
weight,press ENTER key to memory,volume abrasion and density value will be displayed.
