 1. How long will it take to produce an order?
    Depand on the order quantities,usually it will take 30-40 days to delivery .

2. What is your minimum order?
  Our trial order is 100pcs, general order quantity is 1000pcs.

3. What trade terms do you usually use?
    We often use FOB,CNF,CIF with the competitive price accordingly.

4. What is your payment term?
    Payment is T/T 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment ,100% T/T in advance for the sample order.

5. Do you accept customers' design?
 Customers' design is warmly welcome, OEM accepted. 

6. Is the sample for free or not?
    You should pay the sample charge first, but we will return to you when you place order to us.

7. Can I get a catalog from you?
     Yes, we can send you electronic catalog by e-mail 

8. Can I get a price discount if I order large quantities?
    Yes, it depends on your quantity.

9. How do you guarantee the quality of the products?
    We have our complete quality management system, we take fully-inspection before shipping

10. How do you pack the products?
    Safety packing, according to customers' requirement.
