Payment

1) Wotofo accept major credit cards and account transfers through Paypal, T/T bank transfer and western union.

2) For Paypal orders, please kindly pay the 4% commission.

3) For OEM/ODM items, please pay the 30% deposit in advance and goods will be shipped after the 70% balance is received.

Shipping

1) No price negotiation is allowed on shipping cost which we don't make any profits on.

2) Shipments include insurance and tracking where these services are provided. The insured value is the declared international customs value - no exceptions.

3) Any import tax fee shall not be paid by us. Invoices can be declared less as your request to avoid your country tax.

4) Please make sure that the package is not damaged before you sign. Any signed damaged package is not under our warranty.

Warranty

Wotofo warrants to the original owner that product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for six months. This warranty does not include cosmetic blemishes, damage, modifications. Wotofo will repair product, replace product with an equivalent product or refund the original purchase price for the defective product - as its sole discretion. You are solely responsible for determining the product's suitability for your application and you take sole responsibility for product's use. In no case Wotofo be liable for more than the original purchase price of product.
