Special High Performance Plastic Removal Agent for Powder Paint

I. Main features:

• It can quickly remove static powder paint and particularly paint plastic film within 1-15 minute(s), which can meet requirements for production;
• The plastic removal efficiency can reach 90-100% and the remaining electrostatic powder coating can be removed cleanly and thoroughly, to spray the electrostatic powder coating again and reduce materials and energy consumed.
•  It has small odour and seldom pollutes the environment with wide scope of application and good flame resistance performance.

III. Application: It can be mainly used for removing pure polyester, pure epoxy and compound epoxy polyester powder paint.

IV. Method of usage: 

1. Brushing method: Use a brush to coat plastic removal agent on surface of oil paint uniformly and to clean it after peeling with water or peeling;

2. Spraying method: Use a the gun to coat paint remover on surface of oil paint uniformly and to clean it after peeling with water or peeling; and

3. The solution should be used for mixing uniformly. 

V. Note:

1. The PVC containers should not be used for packaging this product or the coating on PVC should not be removed;

2. The strippability of this product is strong so operators should wear protective gloves and take necessary protective measures. Besides, the plastic removal agent should be prevented from spraying on skin or into eyes.

3. Good ventilation on application site;

4. The residual in plastic removal agent should be removed in time, and the plastic removal agent shall be kept clean and supplemented on a regular basis;

5. The plastic removal agent should be kept away from heat source and stored in shade place in order to avoid direct sunshine, the service life of which is one year.

4. distance between the gun and workpiece: 200-300 mm
5. Curing condition: 200℃/10 minutes, 190℃/15 minutes after transfer.
