1. Why would I choose artificial grass over natural grass?

Artificial grass can be use more intensively and without the work of mowing, watering, weeding and the cost of all the above work. Our artificial grass retains its consistency in all weathers and years of intensive use.

Artificial turf saves space. You need fewer fields because you no longer have to take account of recovery time for the grass, or the condition of the pitch as a result of poor weather conditions. 

Artificial grass requires a fair investment, but, in the long term the costs per hour of play on artificial turf are considerabally lower than of natural grass. 

2. Why are there different pile heights?

Pile is the term for the upright blades on synthetic turf.  They can be cut at different heights (e.g.20-30- 40 mm). As standard, 20 mm of free pile height (the part of the synthetic grass fiber that extends above the infill) is calculated. The pile height is usually based on the sub-base. For example, If you are building on stone, you will probably need a longer pile. Each project is evaluated with a specialist. 

3. How does Higrass handle rain and snow?

Drainage holes are put on the turf. 25 holes or more each square meter drains at 30-40 gallons per minute per square square meter.

4. Can the color of the fake grass rub off onto my clothes?

No. Our turf comes with an 8-year warranty against uneven fading.
