Gypsum Ball Press Machine

 is specially designed to press Desulfurization Gypsum into round, square, pillowed and other shapes.The size of the finished products can be custom-made(usually between 30-60mm).

It is widely used to pressing FGD gypsum into 30-60mm oval, square or pillow shapes. Briquette type gypsum will be more convenient to transport and can be made into anhydrite. After pressing into briquettes, it will save space and the briquette can be used in cement directly. Briquettes will not stick on pipe and grinding mill. So using briquettes is much better than powder form gypsum

Gypsum Briquette Machine is mainly composed by feeding port, twin rollers, conveyors for final briquettes, screener, gear box, reducer, motor, etc.Roller press give more pressure on final briquette. The briquette strength will be auusred.We use durable material to make the twins roller and machine life has been expended for 3 times.

Usage:

 It is used in coal, metallurgical powder, powder coldpressing ball, refractory materials (for burning and house heating etc.)
