Work characteristics

Mounting pressure adjustment
1. This machine can be adjusted left and right ends respectively mounting pressure, the same pressure at both ends of the rubber roller. Should first separate the upper and lower two rubber rollers, rubber roller and then cold laminating film on top, turn the knob, and ensure that the upper and lower rubber roller parallel to collide, then slightly pressurized. Not too heavy pressure to avoid air bubbles mounted equipment in longevity.
2. You must pay attention to both sides of the regulator knob to position the empty drive! The first side of the first lay down on the other side of the knob after knob down pressure must be readjusted! The knob clockwise to increase pressure; turn the knob counterclockwise to reduce pressure.

Accessories Maintenance

When clean the rubber roller , you can use a soft cloth dipped in alcohol or neutral detergent scrub, wipe clean with a dry cloth. Absolutely it's not allowed to use a metal sheet and other hard materials.

Both sides of the screw is regularly refuel. Cots time when the machine is not in use, it should be immediately separated from the upper and lower rubber rollers and the rubber roller must  prevent deformation due to the long time of extrusion.
