CS41H-16 Flange Free Float Ball Type Steam Trap
I.Free-ball float steam trap is one of the most advanced steam traps in our country at present, the technique and manufacturing craft of the product have reached the level of the same product in international. It can insure the sealing property of the trap for the high precision of the ball float. The whole ball face can be the sealing face and the usage cycle will be longer. The distinct advantage of free-ball float steam trap is that it is smart and has high working ability to choose the inner air release valve which makes the usage life of the free-ball float steam trap longer.
The most prominent advantage of the free-ball float steam trap is that it doesn’t affect by the pressure, temperature and the flow of condensate water. It continuously draining and draining in case there is any water. The lowest subcooled temperature is 0 oC. And it can make the heating equipment reach the best work efficiency. The minimum operating pressure is 0.01Mpa. The maximum rate of back pressure is ≤85%.

The construction of free-ball float steam trap is simple that only has a fine grinding hollow float inside which is ball float as well as disc. There is no wearing parts and has a long usage circle.
When the device starts, in the pipeline appeared the air and cryogenic condensate water. The manual air release valve will release the no-condensate air, the trap turn into working situation. The cryogenic condensate water flow into trap, the liquid level of the condensate water rise, the ball float rise, the valve opened.
The device will rise the temperature quickly, the air release valve has closed before the temperature in pipe rise to saturation temperature.
When the device turn into normal working situation, the condensate water will be decrease, the liquid level will be descend, the ball float will adjust the flow rate of bore along with the liquid level’s up and down.
When the condensate water stop entering, the ball float approach the seat along with the medium flow direction, the valve closed. The seat of free-ball float steam trap is below the liquid level and form water sealing, no steam leakage.
