Wrought iron collar are hot stamped iron,then drilled holes so can be insert a round or square bar as a pickets.

They are commonly used as a central ornaments on wrought iron guardrail with a quick welding.

These collar are not casted iron,can be welded and galvanized.Cast iron is more fragile and easy to break off.

All the collar are not painting because end users will need to work on them again to make finished gates or railing etc.
