Features:

1. The machine body is equipped with four main clamps with the third clamp axially moved and adjusted.                                                              

2. Removable PTFE coated heating plate with separate temperature control system.                                                        

3. Electric milling cutter with reversible double cutting edge blades.                    

4. Hydraulic unit provides welding machine with compressing power.

6. Low starting pressure ensures reliable welding quality of small pipes.

10. Parameters of pressure, temperature and timing of welding can be set. The set parameters can be saved for a  long time .   Chinese or English menu is optional.

11.  Liquid-crystal display set value and actual measured value of voltage, temperature and timing during welding process.  There is character prompt for welding process and data printing, Chinese or English is optional

12.Flashing indicator light prompts phase of welding

13.Operation is very simple,Voltage decrease and heat penetration voltage are searched and locked automatically.

14. It has the capacity to record welding data of 600 pipe Joints. The data can be printed together or immediately after welding

15.It has fault alarm and dispaly of  overvoltage OV, undervoltage UV, lack phase LP, faulty phase FP, open circuit of temperature sensor PT100 OC and short circuit of temperature sensor PT100SC
