A. we provide 1 years warranty for all video card we sell . if comfirmed to be our quality problem , we will bear shipping cost for you .

A.  Usually 500mah battery can work above 90mintes , 1200mah can work above 120mins . Charge by USB cable 

Q3. How long of the video can be updated ? what video format it support ? how to upload ? 

A. it depend on the video capacity, usually our memory capacity is 128MB to 4GB (software take about 40MB) can upload video up to 4GB .  Support AVI ,Mp4 etc video format . Conected video card to computer by USB cable , then you can transfer data . 

Q4. Can you  provide samples  ? 

A. Yes , we can provide samples for you and customized you design as well , sample charge can be refund after confirm an order .
