Back-washable filter handle amount can reach 681 m3/hr for single system.

 Description of Back-washing Filter 

1) The gear motor drives through the middle axes washing arm, photoelectric sensor control rotational angle so that grid it with cleaning cartridge.

2) Open the drain valve, make a pressure difference between outside of wedge cartridge and drain valve.

3) Under the pressure difference force ,fluid flows outside to inside for backwashing, the inside contamination was discharged from the filter.

4) A backwashing time has been set for each cartridge, once time is up, discharge valve is closed, process ended. The gear motor drives washing arm again to clean the next cartridge, discharge valve was opened again, and so on for each cartridge.

5) After all cartridges finish cleaning, the cleaning arm back to original position controlled by zero switch, then a back-washing period ended.

6) The filter keeps on continuous filtration all the time just because of rotational back-washing.
