W BEAM Guardrails contain two kinds: Two Wave Beam and Thrie-Beam(three wave). Main  material is:Q235 /Q345 Steel.It is used to prevent cars drive out of road,and force it drive back to the normal direction,reduce damage and harm to vehicles and personal.

Q235 belong carbon steel, Q345 are low alloy steel with much higher impact strength and price is higher,too.

It can be in two categories by surface treatment: 

1. Hot Dip Galvanized .   2. Hot Dip Galvanized+Powder Coated.

Function of W BEAM Guardrails:

I. Blocking: to prevent those motorcycle,passengers,cars crossing road.it requires a certain height ,density as well as intensity  if the guardrail.

II.Isolation: to separate cars,non-motor vehicles and passengers into different traffic lane.thus improved the traffic safety,lead all traffics and passengers move in order.
