1. How could I buy the products I need if there is no price in the website?

Buyers need to send required product details via e-mail, and then a reasonable quotation as request would be provided.

2. How long could I get reply of my inquiry?

Buyers will get a reply within 24 hours.

3. How can I get Free charge samples?

We are honored to offer you samples.It will be free if the sample total value less than 10USD.Otherwise, samples and full shipping cost should be paid by customer.

4. What are the terms of payments you offer?

Payment of the goods should be set in USD or RMB on the basis of goods exchanging. Payment of T/T, Western Union, PayPal, Escrow, cash etc. would be accepted.

5. How to apply refund?

Once the PI has been confirmed and ordered goods are ready, a refund will not be available for a canceled order. But a refund would back to you in time in case that we could not offer the products required, due to the shortage or unavailability.

6. What kind of transportation methods you offer?

A. For spare-parts, using express delivery like DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc. that we can get good price. But if buyers provide us accounts of their own, transportation fee paid by such accounts are also welcomed.

B. For goods with large package, transportation would be offered by air and sea, and freight with buyers’ prior delivery would be confirmed.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are satisfied with the items you ordered, please give feedback in time.

If you are unsatisfied with the items you ordered, please contact us before leaving negative feedback. 

We can work together to resolve any dispute. The buyer must pay for return shipping if there is no problem with the product.  If the product is is big is not same as the description or damaged when received, we will discuss with buyer how to solve it smoothly and fairly.
