Material : annealed wire with high-quality  low carbon raw materials through wire drawing, 

anneal process.

Standard specification: Wire diameter from 0.3mm-4.19mm

Characteristics : good stretching resistance. The finished products are smeared with slushing oil. 

So they are not apt to rust. We can tie up the products according to customers requirements, ranged 

from1 to 50 kg each bundle or carton.And we can also make the annealed wire into U type

 carbon steel wire, straight cut wire etc.

Used : binding wire in construction.

Process of production:

Packing: Generally inner plastic and outer hessian cloth.
                    In small coil of 0.5-10 1bs then in carton. Or 5-100kg/coil
                   To be straightened & cut in requested length, then in bundles & put into carton.
                   Of course, we can also pack according to your requirements.
                   It is soft, use for binding on construction works, or tie wire  .

Package : Plastic film inside and woven bag outside ,

                  plastic film inside and hessian bag outside 

                  and by pallet or do as customers request .
