The loop band is ideal for the exercises that will improve your strength. It is also a good band for pull up assistance, CrossFit Routines, and hardcore strength training. This Band is not recommend for beginners, unless it is being used for Pull Up Assistance. The bands are used for resistance to stretching, lifting, and bodyweight training exercises.
