COL5141B Low bit rate MPEG2/MPEG4 Encoder adopts minimum code rate compress technology, it mainly used in the ground digital TV systems. Powerful image preprocessing ability to maximize remove redundant information. It completely complies MPEG-2 standard, and MPEG-4 and it has high compatibility. Its dimension is 1U standard case. By watching the LCD display on the front panel, user can finish the setting of auto-ranning of this machine.
