Prepare your information before request a quote

For offering you an accurate quotation of custom-made paper bag, please prepare this information below with your specific requirements and provide all details to us.

1.size
A variety of shapes and dimensions can be made. Please specify the dimensions of bag in width, gusset, and height, or see our standard sizes for reference.

2.Paper
There are many types of paper with the different thickness such as Art Paper 160 gsm., White Kraft Paper 120 gsm and MG paper 55 gsm. Other specialty paper can be requested.

3. Imprinted color
The number of colors and the type of colors, referring to the artwork,should be explained clearly in details. The file of artwork, prepared in Illustrator file and Photoshop file with “Create outline” is acceptable. Sending us incomplete artwork can also get our free service to make it done. Pantone code is always required for confirmation what you really need.

4. Coating
For enhancing the quality of printed paper and protecting the paper surface from markings, scratches and dirty. Lamination, UV processing and Varnishing are recommended. Lamination can be in glossy and matt.

5. Additional finishing
Embossing, Debossing,Spot UV and Hotstamping can be added. These steps make your bag more attractive and more professional in your own style.

6. Handle
There are many kinds of handle for your selection such as Nylon, Cotton, Ribbon, Paper-Twisted and Paper-Diecut handle. Please also let us be informed in thickness,diameter, length and color for consideration.

7. Quantity
Please specify your required quantity in each item per order. If you plan for regular purchase order per month or per year, please advise.

How is the work procedure going on after the order placed

1. LOGO Artwork request for make-up pictures confirmation:
After getting your LOGO artwork, we will let our Design Dept. colleagues edit a make up picture for you firstly. You will see how the bags look like generally. We will edit the make-up pictures till you are satisfied.

2. Sample confirmation:
(2.1) If your order includes the sample procedure, then we will produce a sample for your checking firstly. In this way, we could avoid any mistake on mass production, even the printing / finishing is complex.
(2.2) If you don’t need real sample confirmation, we will make a digital file for the color confirmation. ---- we only suggest you to check in this way before mass production under the condition of simple design/treatment/printing etc..

3. Mass production:
After you confirm real sample(or digital file), we will put the products into mass production. All of our bags will be fully inspection before they leave our factory. We will take photos of the bags during the production as well as whey they are finished and packed.
