The inlet water of CZF pure steam generator is come from pure water(RO). After the steam heating, the pure water will be changed into high pure steam. And then the high pure steam will be widely used to sterilize the store tank, pipes, plugs, pure water tank, WFI water tank etc all WFI machine.
