Q:Why when I click Navigation Icon,it has nothing happen,can’t enter the map?

A:Please set the Navi Path:Navi Path—Navigation Path—ResidentFlash,set step by step,if still can’t set,please contact us!

Q:Why I can't charge it by PC USB?

A: PC USB port can't offer enough power to the GPS.  It only can be charged by car charger and wall charger.

Q:I from USA,can I get UK map?

A:It depend on the memory of the GPS, please contact us before you pay it.

Q:Why GPS can't get satellites signal at home?

A:GPS only can be used on road, because building cut all GPS signal. We tested every one before we sent.

Q:Whether I can update the maps in future?

A:Maps is free, but it can't be updated on net. If you need update maps in future. You can contact us to get the link or buy a TF card with new maps.

Q:How can I put the Post Code?

A:Please try to do like:Navigation—Find—Find Address—Select United Kingdom--(there’s gray pane)Such as(OL12 9SG),click OL12 “Space” 9SG.

Q:Why the GPS no Sound?

A:Please tear off the protector film,and turn off the FM.

Q:Why the battery can’t use long?

A:Usually,the battery can use about 1 hour,the battery just for the emergency use,most of time,when driving will connect the car charger to car.

Q:Can it connect to rearview camera?

A:If the GPS has AV-IN,then it can,if not,then it can’t,and the AV-IN should 2.5mm
