CDE500 Series is a new generation of high-performance vector frequency converter. This series frequency converter has become a real high-performance vector frequency converter by using field orientation vector control algorithm with high precision. CDE500 are well-designed and made of international famous power device. In order to improve the reliability of the converter, we adopted international mature technology. Meanwhile , this type of converter is able to furthest meet users’ demand since it has a wide variety of external interfaces which can realize PLC and PID control , swinging frequency control, multiple speed, speed trace, automatic stabilization of voltage and RS485 communication interface of Modbus RTU communication protocol.

Technical Features

1.Wide voltage working range: 260v-480v. It can be used in low voltage situations.
2.Supports starting and stopping rapidly. Realizes starting and stopping in a short time. Inhibits overvoltage and over current. Accelerates and decelerates in 0.1s with a distribution engine.
3.CDE 500 with a function of rapid current limiting can furthest reduce the over current malfunctions to keep the converter operating normally.
4.Total power section hardware supports rotating speed tracking. When unrestrained downtime restarts or power failure happens instantly, the converter can reckon the rotating speed and direction of the motor, track the motor’s operation frequency and offer the rotating motor a smooth, non-impact start.
5.Under vector control, CED500 can output 150% rated torque in 0.5HZ and the precision of steady speed can reach to±0.5%. The sensitivity of the motor is reduced and the practicability at the scene is improved. It can be used in the situation like many motors drive load distribution under the same load.
6.When the positive and negative turn of the motor switches crossing zero speed, there won’t be any phase mutation or turbulence and the rotation speed is without any pulse.
7.Equipped with standard RS485 serial communication interface. Take use of Modbus RTU communication protocol with international standards.
8.CDE 500 can realize speed running in 16 sections, operating with swinging frequency, PLC programming and closed-loop operation.
9.Perfect protection function. Total power section all applies to current hall to realize the rapid isolation sampling of three-phase current.
10.CDE 500 is able to realize the positive and negative turn operation of the motor through the analogue input of the positive and negative electrical level of AI1, AI2 and AI3.
11.V/F control can realize voltage frequency separation. It has extended the filed of frequency converter application.
12.CDE 500 won’t go down when outage happens suddenly. If power failure happens or voltage reduced instantly, the converter will lower the output frequency and keep itself operating in a short time through regenerative energy load and compensation voltage reduction.
13.Bus overvoltage control, flux braking. Skips the braking unit in reciprocating and rotary motion. Decreases user’s input and contributes to energy saving.
14.CDE 500 has lots of expansion function. It can enhance I/O through board expansion, increase communication protocol with other standards and realize multi-split constant pressure water supply.
15.LED and LCD panels support uploading and downloading the parameter. LED+LCD display panel can be set to monitor different parameter of LED and LCD through using key Enter.
16. Vector model can be used to preset tow pairs of motor parameter.
17.Ventilation duct and electrical circuit are relatively independent and we used three-proofing lacquer which is imported from England to spray for three times so that the converter is able to adapt to a more hostile environment

This warranty does not apply to such accessories as auxiliary devices to this instrument which are not produced by the Company.

 If this unit is faulty due to misuse, human negligence or force damage factors such as earthquake, flood, riot or fire hazard,the company provides no free warranty service.
