The floor mount electrical boxes systems comprises of four basic components,which can be used together to provide the desired underfloor of floor configurations. These include ducts, service outlet boxes,Junction boxes and vertical access unites.

Cable Management

Raised Floor Outlet Box

For safety all the cables must be contained by the cable retainers and exit from the box through the cable-outlets.
 

Operation Steps:
1.Removing the lid/cover

Open to full extent and push in same direction until lid is free from the frame.

2.Refitting the lid

Always align cable outlets in the lid directly over cable retainers.

Locate lid within trim so that it is resting on its hinge points.Push lid down firmly into place flush with the surrounding trim.

3)Removing trim

The trim is held in place by ratchet bars linked to tabs.
To remove trim,hold one tab between thumb and forefinger as show,pull inwards and lift trim out of frame.   

4)Replacing carpet trim

Withdraw ratchet bars by pulling both tabs towards each other and lower into frame.

Release tabs applying firm pressure downwards on each side until fully engaged by ratchet mechanism.
