Capability description of MB30 edible ice making machine:

 Ice making process of ice block making machine. 

As shown in the animation:
1.  First fully feed the ice bucket with water, press the button and start the refrigeration system of the ice block  machine. 
2. The agitator makes the brine flow cyclically which will have a heat transfer with the refrigerant inside the Ti evaporative coils and then the temperature is lowered. 
3. Then the low temperature brine water has a heat transfer with the fresh water inside the ice buckets which will be lowered to 0°C below. 
4. After a certain ice making time, the water in the ice bucket all becomes ice when the ice thawing system of the block ice machine is beginning to run. 
5. The crane will hoist a row of buckets down into the ice thaw tank full of running warm water. So the bucket temperature will be rising when the ice surface thaws and gets separated from ice bucket. 
6. Then ice buckets will be hoisted to the ice can dumper and dump the ice blocks.

Use of ice block making machine:
Block ice has a large dimension but has small contact area so it does not melt easily. It is usually cut into different pieces for different uses in ice sculpture, sea shipping and fish vessels. The small pieces of ice block can be also be used for various purposes. There will be a little loss because the ice will thaw partly when crushed. We offers both transparent and milky white ice for your preference
