1. Brief Introduction of Company 

Cangnan Huier Co., Ltd is a fast developing company owing 2 factories in the field of producing and exporting the OE blended recycled cotton yarn with a history of more than 18 years. Our factory covers an area of over 18000 square meters with advanced equipments and 4 production lines. Nowadays the capacity is about 1500 tons per month.

2. Product Details

Our product- Open End recycled cotton yarn is recycled cotton blended with recycled polyester/ viscose/ raw cotton, (The remnant of fabrics). The count range from 0.5 NE to 25 NE with single ply or multiplies. Many colors are available even without dye, no bleached.  

3. End Usage 

Socks, blanket, jean, pet toys, conveyer band, suitcase belt, 

Towels, working gloves, mop head, hammock, candle's core , rope, and so on.

The types is 17cm or 9cm. If no special requirement, the shape is cylinder bobbin, Conical cone is also avialable. The technics is Open End, also call it T/C yarn. Composition: Max. cotton 100%, Min. cotton 30%, Evenness: 200-600, Twist: 100-800 tpm, Ne: 0.5-25s, Tex: 1000-23 

4. Exhibition

 We start to do International Trade Business since 2006, and enter into business relationship with global customers on the principle of  equality and mutual benefit.

5. Package

One cone with one pp transparent bag, 8 big cones in one weaving bag and inside is also a transparent bag/or packing in carton. A bag is 25 kg. Each piece of our yarn is quoated based on net weight.

6. Minimum Order Quantity & Delivery Time

1) Our MOQ is 5 tons per color/composition/count.

2) 10 days for 40GP/40HQ container.

7. Payment Terms

1) T/T advance, 30% deposit and 70% balance shall be paid in three bank days after getting the copy of B/L.
