How to place an order:

1. Inquiry-Professional quotation.

2. Confirm the price, lead time, artwork, payment term etc.

3. Eworld sales send the Proforma Invoice with seal.

4. Customer make the payment for deposit and send us Bank receipt.

5. Initial Production Stage-Inform the clients that we have got the payment,And will make the samples according to your request,

    send you photos or Samples to get your approval. After approval, we inform that we will arrange the production & inform the estimated time.

6. Middle Production-send photos to show the production line which you can see your products in . Confirm the estimated delivery time again.

7. End Production-Mass production products photos and samples will send to you for approval. You can also arrange the third party Inspection.

8. Order can be say “finish” when you receive the goods and satisfy with them.

9. Feedback to Eworld about Quality , Service, Market Feedback & Suggestion. And we can do better.

3.About MOQ(the minimum order):

In General, our MOQ is 500 PCS per item. But as we do understand that our clients would like to test market response before placing Volume Order, We'ill consider to take even your first order is less than 500 pcs.

4.About delivery:

30-45days upon receiving the 30%deposite (T/T)

Express.

Because the most products are little ones & not heavy and when the quantity is not big, we always select express to send the products. Such as DHL, EMS, UPS,TNT,FedEx,the freight is not high, and the products can be arrived at short time.

Other manners

If customers do not select express, we can use the delivery method as you like.

5.About payment:

At present, we accept the payment by T/T and by Western Union for the small amount.

We are going to build strong and long-term relationships with all our clients . Our success is based on customers' satisfaction. As a guarantee, each order has a SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) to follow. Production is only proceeded after all details have been confirmed. We do 100% inspect before shipment, and take responsibility for default goes beyond acceptance.
