Recommendations for operation

In the process of cutting, of metals especially, saw blades are subjected to heavy mechanical and high thermal loads.
In order to increase wear-resistance of a saw blade we recommend using special appropriate coolants as follows:
• lubrication-cooling fluid (for working steels and metals);
• terpentine (for working aluminium);
• water (for working plastics and acrylic plastic, etc.);
• lubricoolant paste (for working stainless steel).
To achieve a desirable result, it is required that at least 2-3 teeth are in contact with material being cut. Thus, for cutting thin materials we recommend using the fine-tooth saw blades and for thicker materials, using coarse-tooth saw blades.
