Impact label includes 3 parts: backing paper, tube and sticker. The main part tube is filled with red liquid. When goods are still, liquid also keeps still. Otherwise, violent shock and impact exceeds its G value, then impact break the surface tension of liquid and release the red liquid. Thus, your customer and forwarding agent will know clearly that goods are influenced by violent shock and impact during transit. Generally, normal flow will not affect its color change, but once the color change, it can't be reset.

Q: What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) of Impact label?

Q: What does G mean in models 25G,37G,50G…?

A: G means gravity value that is a unit of impact label.

Q: Since this is product is sensitive, what do you do for packing?

A: 1600pcs per carton, 51*51*57.5cm or 57*59*63cm

Considering Impact label is very sensitive and the WHITE tube in the middle is easy to be activated. It requires packing weight must heavy enough when they are packed and shipped, otherwise they will be easy to be broken caused by rough handling in shipping. We also put some stuffing into carton like sponge or other buffer things.

Q: Do you have any certificate for your own brand Impact Label?

A: YES, we have Taiwan Patent for our Impact Label and we got SGS(RoHS) test report, and other regular authoritative test reports.

Q: What is the difference between ShockWatch and Impact Label?

A:

(1)ShockWatch is one American brand while Impact Label is ours in Taiwan.

(2)Price of ShockWatch is higher than Impact Label.

(3)Quality and performance is the same for both brand.

Q: How many free samples can be got and how to ship?

A: There are 5 models 25G, 37G, 50G, 75G and 100G of this Impact labels. We provide 20 piece free samples for every model.

Samples are shipped with DHL, FedEx, UPS and TNT etc, by air transport. And freight cost is paid at customers' side.

Matter needs attention:

A: Since Impact labels are sensitive and easy to be activated, customers have to be responsible for this risk because it is possible that they are RED when you receive.

Q: How about your lead time?

A: Lead time is different as per different order quantity and model. In our stock, total quantity is always kept not less than 10,000pcs. If we have enough of the model you want, we can send out after payment in short time. If not, generally, we produce need 2 to 10 working days.

Q:  Do you accept OEM?

A: YES, we do! We can make as per customers’ request.

Q: How about the after sale service for Impact label?

A: If customer found some Impact labels are activated when received, we will add free pieces with same quantity of the broken ones, or refund the defected ones fee when customer place order next time!
