1. What is your lead time? 5000sets of shelf takes 20days fo finish.

2.MOQ: We don't have minimum order request if you choose our existing sizes and colors; But if you choose a new color, the MOQ is 100sets.

3.Mold cost: supersonic mold for edge pressing and cutter: USD1716-USD3327; Varies to the size and shape.

4.Sample cost: if you choose our existing size, no need to open new mold. we can provide free sample.  

5.Sample time:8days; If you need us to make a new color, need 5-7days.For new cutter/new color/new supersonic mold need 10-15days can get the sample.

2.for quoting need the color,size,quantity, packing request,shipping;

3.we make quotation sheet for customers ;

4.customers check and confirm the quotation;

5.customers prepay 30% deposit;

6.factory start production;

7.checking quality and take pictures send to customers checking;

8.customers pay balance ;

9.finished packing and ready for shipping;

10.shipped the goods to destination which is pointed by customers;

11.customers check the quality and feedback us  your comments and suggestions, we will improve our works.
