Advance Payment and Confirming Order: When both parties reach an agreement, payment is required as a confirmation to start the production. Order amount below USD5000 required full amount of payment and 30% deposit for ordering more than USD5000.

Production: Once the payment received, you order will be arrange immediately. We will update your order progress on each process.

QC & Packing: When your order is ready, we will conduct a QC with strict policy then proceed to the packing process

Balance Payment: After Item is well packed, balance payment is needed for your order to be dispatched.

Delivery: Once the full amount of payment is received, item will be dispatched within a day of working time.

All our products are well packed within a plastic bag and sealed. The packed bag will be labeled with the product id for your convenience when checking the received items.

When placing the packed products into the outer box, items will be sorted according to your order list. This is to provide you with a convenient ways to check your received products.

Finally, items will be placed into an extra thickened box and the order is ready to be shipped. Your order id will be printed on the side of the outer box.

Your order list is placed on top of all your ordered products inside the box.

If you are not satisfied with our packaging or we are not following your request, please email us your request and we will try to fulfill it.

  7. Shipping

We have signed contracted with DHL and EMS, providing better shipping services at a very competitive low shipping cost. However, we could also use TNT, Fedex as per your request.
