Patent mechanical seal, innovation of centrifugal seperation device, make sure large flow rate, high grinding efficiency, the material meets no congestion.It uses tiny grinding media (0.1mm and above).
Adopting special turbine ceramic disperser, it ensures 50 nanometer fineness.
The whole grinding rotor material adopts engineering wear-resistant ceramic with high hardness, good tensile strength, no metal ions pollution, conductive permeability, acid and alkali resistance, oxidation resistance.
Silicon carbide cylinder cooling, temperature can be controlled below 25 degree.
Variable frequency speed regulating device meets the demand of different grinding intensity, speed rang is 0-2800rpm, linear velocity control range is 0-17m/s.
