The mechanical sealing and bearing stop is open connected,which resolve the material impact on coupler under high viscosity,so as to make mill work more safety and securely.
Advantage: Double thread inner cooling pipe can scatter the heat when the mill working on high viscosity.
The mechanical sealing is made by Germant BURGMANN Co., while the bearing is made by Japan NSK Co.The dynamic separator is made by powder alloy YG6X.
The material accuracy can be available by only one milling.to finish the production once by working with three roller mill, so as to improve the efficiency greatly.
After Sales Service:
The above machine which we supply it to you, we can give you one years after sales warranty, we can also send our engineer to you factory to install this equipment and train your staff, but the Buyer should pay the round air ticket cost and arrange the hotel accommodation as well as the means for Seller’s engineer. We will send some free set of spare parts for you change it.
Payment terms:
30% deposit by T/T before production, 70% balance should be paid by T/T before shipment. but we also accept L/C.
