Opening machines is consisted of a pair of feeding rollers and a opening silling with shackles and card wire,some even equipped with a cylinder and one roller stripping
Works

High-speed rotation of opening roller with full of steel mail crossed each other with stable nail plate to tear and finish opening.
This machine throw the pre-opening fiber into the input and then take fiber into the high-speed roration of opening roller by feeding roller, these fibers are teared primarily, then teared in the crossing with stable nail plate in circular movement cotton opening machine
