Q1: How to control the products quality?

1.We check and confirm all material and details before the bulk production.

2.We will be tracing the different phase of production from the beginning to the end.

3.We will check the quality again before packing according to the purchase order before ship.

4.We will ask the quality controller to check the cargos.

Q2: Can you provide ODM service?

Yes, we work on ODM orders. Which means size, material, quantity, design, packing solution,etc, will depend on your requests, and your logo will be customized on our products

Q3: Where is your factory ? Is it possible to visit your factory?

Our factory is located in Xiaoshan, near Shanghai.It is very convenient to visit us, and all clients from all over the world are highly welcome to us.

Q4: Shipping Method and Shipping Time?

1. Express courier like DHL, UPS, TNT ect,shipping time is about 3-5 working days depends on country and area.

2. By air port to port: about 7-12 days depends on port.

3. By sea port to port: about 20 - 35 days.

4. Agent appointed by clients.

Q5: What is the MOQ for your production?

The MOQ depends your requirement for color, size, material and so on. For some normal items, we have stock , will have no MOQ requirement.
