Operation(heat transfer printing machine heat press)

1) Plug the power and start the main power switch, power indicator light flashes, waiting for 10 seconds or so. The time controller needs to initialize, press the SET key and the indicator display 5P ,while the temperature may be adjusted. After finishing the adjustment, please press the SET key again and show 5L,while the time may be adjusted. After time and temperature are correct, please press the SET key again. Time & temperature controller will come back to normal state to work.

(Attention: The whole machine must be connected to firm, safe ground wire)

2) Please adjust the thermostat to the required temperature (usually 120℃-200℃).

3)Please adjust time controller to the required time (usually 5 – 20 seconds or so).

4) Please flat the cloth on the heat plate, cover the stamping paper on it (pay attention to the positive and negative of paper) and then press the handle to the end downward.

5) When the stamping time is up, buzzer alarms and lifts the handle up to the original position.

6) If the sublimation paper maintains wet, please wipe it evenly ,waiting for 5-20 seconds and then rip it off. If the paper maintains dry, please rip it off immediately after stamping.

7)The success of stamping needs correct time ,temperature and pressure, the thickness of cloth, category of materials and types of stamping paper. All of them will take an effect in stamping.

(Attention: All of sublimation paper need to take a test for approval and mass production may start)
