Main oil pump

The main oil pumps apply German HAWE,Rexroth series and Japanese Kawasaki. it ensures the work can constant and high efficiency.

hydraulic valves

The hydraulic valves apply the world famous brands.The hydraulic concrete pumps apply specially-made hydraulic valves with a large flow and a little energy loss.This insures the reliability of the system and at the same time saves energy.

Hydraulic rubber hose

The hydraulic rubber hose joints are products of American Eaton,insuring the safety and no leakage of hydraulic system.

Mixing system

The mixing system has special double sealing structure ,filled with high pressure lubricating oil,which can prevent the material entering the system and protect the mixing shaft.Feeding with highly wear-resistant and large-angle paddles efficiently boosts the absorption performance.

S tube

S tube valves are cast into shape with austenitic manganese steel ,the quick wearing surface is welded with wear resistant material ,have the dual advantages of anti-high pressure and anti-wearing.The inner surface of the pipe transits smoothly and the concrete flows freely in the pipe improving the pumping performance further.The splined shaft is made of alloy and the surface is specially treated,its abrasion performance and fatigue strength is enhanced.

Glasses plate

Glasses plate and cut loop are made of wearable horniness alloy ,they have long service lives.

Lubrication system

Centralized lubrication system adopts progressive distributor which supplies every lubrication point with oil in turn,and the oiling time can be set. So the oiling is accurate and the oil consumption can be saved.

Electric system
