The coal gasifier products designed and made by our company takes air and steam as gas agent, it is an advanced equipment for producing gas, It is suitable for gasifying charred coal, coke. And it is widely used in heating furnace in machinery, metallurgy, chemical engineering, glass, building materials, light industry, food and textile.
Advantages of the coal gasifier
Firstly, It can raise the utilization of heat and coal can be fully burnt, so the energy comsumption can be reduced. Compared with burning the coal directly, It can save 20%-40% energy.
Secondly, By using this equipment, the temperature can reach 1500°C in the connected kiln or furnace and the temperature difference is low.
Thirdly, It is conforming to the industrial furnace emission standard GB9079.88. Slag is discharged in wet form which is free from pollution and social benefits.
Fourthly, It can greatly improve the working environment, reduce the labour intensity, so it has been well-received since it was invented.
Coal gas is generated by fixed combustion bed after forming gasifying agent mixed with steam and the air.Carbon reaction between the oxygen,steam and the fuel produces coal gas which contains CO,CO2,H2,CH4 and N2.After screening qualified coal,it can be filled into the coal gasifier from the coal feeder.The mixed gas of steam and the air is used as gasifying agent.After physical and chemical reaction,combustible gas can be generated.Upper coal gas is filtered with coal tar through cyclone deoiler and electric catcher while the lower coal gas is sent to consumers after being eliminated the ash by cyclone dust collector.
