Brief Description

Coal Gasifier Generator,Coal Gasifier is the process of producing coal gas, a type of syngas–a mixture of carbon monoxide (CO), hydrogen (H2), carbon dioxide (CO2) and water vapour (H2O)–from coal and water. Coal gas, which is a combustible gas, was traditionally used as a source of energy for municipal lighting and heat before the advent of industrial-scale production of natural gas, while the hydrogen obtained from gasification can be used for various purposes such as making ammonia, powering a hydrogen economy, or upgrading fossil fuels.

Working principles:

    Use the scientific technology structure to analyze water molecules, produced hydrogen (H2)to combust, oxygen (02) for helping combustion, so that the temperature increased rapidly in combustion studio. This cycle can make fuel burn fully in the oven, and produce great heat value. Because of the full combustion and and swirl cyclone combustion technology in the combustion chamber, the coal gas generator can achieve high temperatures, avoid the emission of harmful gases, such as C0, C02, N0, S02, smoke removal, dust removal, desulfurization, achieve the requirements of environmental protection department.

Application:

Because the furnace has broadened coal sorts used and reduced producing cost, it is widely used in the environment-friendly and energy-saving technological renovation of gas-processing heating furnace, gas forging furnace, gas crucible furnace, gas mold furnace, grilled ladle gas furnace, sand resin heating gas regeneration, glass melting gas furnace, ceramic gas furnace, smoke exhausting refractory kiln and tunnel kiln, as well as the renovation of furnaces that burn coal or oil, kilns, and equipment that needs heat such as metallurgy, chemical industry, aluminum, fire-resistant materials, glass products and existing kiln, with very good effect
