Simple type semi-automatic dry mortar machine 

        The system is so mature. The characteristics of this machine are good stability, low noise, little dust, compact and reasonable structure, low energy consumption. It cans semi-automatic switch or manual switch, and low steel structure consumption, small personnel allocation. This machine is suitable for freshman of mortar investor. When workers works with cement and coal ash, the dust is so much, it adopts autoweighing.The worker puts materials (grit) through screw conveyer to hoister, and then goes to intermediate bin for waiting mixture, after mixture, puts them into finished product warehouse, and then goes through valve port and packs. Operation workers quantity 3-5, the height of machine is within 8m, the indoor floor space for machine is about 35m².Cement and coal ash storehouse is set up outdoor. The whole system is working almost in airtight system, and meet the “ ESH” environmental protection idea.

 1.  High reliability. The system reliability depends on machine reliability. 2.  High efficiency and reasonable batching system. Measure and batching are the core equipment for the whole production line. In order to increase batching system measure reliability, we adopt speed regulation batching measurement packing auger.

3.  Complete environmentally protective facility. Dust control is still a big and difficult problem in engineering construction. We often consider centralized dust removal in the whole system, and set up dedusting mouth in dust easy occurred place, such as transport, burdening, feeding , mixing, packing and so on. There is a top of silo on the filler silo in order to dedust, such as cement, coal ash, and other characteristics additive silo. Improve working condition, and at the same time increase the utilization rate of raw material We can choose dust exhaust apparatus according to customer’s requirements.
