Warranty

Two years since the date of purchase.

1. Under the terms of this warranty, if the product have a failure occurs under normal usage within warranty period, we will provide free/rework new products

2. If Failure or damage due to incorrect operation, wire connection, or anything other do not follow our instuction, Gouly will provide paid maintance within warranty period.

Trade Terms:

1. Payment term: T/T 100% payment in advance, or for over 10,000USD, TT 30% deposit after order confirmed, the balance after goods ready before shipping . or L/C , or Western Union and Paypal for small amount.

2. Lead time: normally in 5~15 days after deposit received

Delivery detail:

We ship goods by UPS/DHL/FEDEX/TNT express which takes 3~7 days to arrive, or by air cargo which takes about one week to arrive , or by sea which takes about one month to arrive , depending on your actual requirements.
