High-efficiency and Energy-saving Gas Burner

1. The material is able to stander for the high temperature from 1,000 degree to 1,200 degree, of course it depends on material and the customer's request;

2. The alloy metal material has been made by fiber firstly, and welded by high temperature, so it can standard for the high strength and has slightly deformation;

3. The material has good heat and cold properties, it means that it will produce infrared light waves in several seconds once ignition. Normally, it can be touched by hands in 15 seconds when it become cool, but ours is only 5 seconds, it won't hurt people's body;

4. The gas must be premixed, and then it will burn well on the surface of the the alloy metal fiber, fully combustion, high efficiency, low combustion residues and low emission.

Our burners are available for different gases, different sizes (power/dimension) and so on.Furthermore, all burners are produced on request and designed for the customer’s individual application.
