Composite Geomembrane

Introduction:

Composite geomembrane is widely used in canal seepage control engineering. In recent years, the large number of applications and the good results of geosynthetics in civil engineering, especially in the flood control engineering have caused the attention of the engineering personnel. For the application technique of geosynthetics, China government brings forward the specification request from the aspects of prevention of seepage, filtration, drainage, reinforcement, protection and has greatly accelerated the pace of popularization and application of this new material. The materials are widely used in canal seepage control projects.

Composite geomembrane is divided into two categories: one is a layer geotextile plus a layer geomembrane, and the other is two layers geotextile plus a layer geomembrane. The width is 4-6m, and the weight is 200-1500g/m2. It has high tensile strength, tear strength and bursting properties. The product has high strength, good extension performance, high deformation modulus, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, good anti-seepage performance characteristics. It can meet the requirements of anti-seepage, reinforcement, isolation, anti-crack, reinforcement in water, municipal, construction, traffic, subway, tunnel. It’s widely used in seepage treatment of dams and ditches.
