1.      Are your paintings handmade?   

Yes, all of our paintings are 100% handmade on canvas.

2.      How is painting shipped?   

Unframed paintings will be rolled and shipped by FeDex, DHL or UPS. Door to door service. Large quantity painting will be shipped by sea. We have our own shipping agent to arrange the shipment.

3.      How are the paintings packed?   

A. Paintings whithout frame: roll with tube, bubble film;

B. Paintings whith frame: 4 corner protection, several pieces into a carton,individual packing available;

C. Customized packing way is welcome.

4.      What is the material of painting?   

oil and Acrylic on canvas, stretcher bar(wooden frame)

5.      What is your MOQ?   

Our MOQ is 50pcs, you can choose different paintings to reach our MOQ. We also accept 1pc as sample order.

6.      What kind of payment method do you accept?   

Payment can be made by Western Union, Bank transfer and Paypal. More than US$500 please used western union or bank transfer.

7.      How can I make the order?   

A. Choose the items from our website or catalog, or customers provide pictures. Send an email to us, we will give the price list of select paintings.

B. Confirm size, price and other condition, then place order. We will send the proforma invoice.

C. Pay 30% of total ammount as deposit by western union, bank transfer or Paypal.

D. When paintings are finished, we will send photos to customers for confirmation. Balance should be paid after confirmation.

E. Tell us address, telphone number and zip code, delivery will be made.
