Quality Standard for ceramic mug (AB Grade): 

1. Deformation/Out of shape: ≤2.5 mm
2. Spot (Black spot): Allowed ≤ 3, but size ≤ 2.0mm
3. Pin-hole: Allowed ≤ 3, but size ≤ 1.0mm
4. Dust slag: Open surface: Allowed 2, but size ≤ 1.5mm; Hidden surface: Allowed 2, but size ≤ 2.0mm
5. Crack: Not Allowed
6. Artwork Broken: Not Allowed

Payment & Sample:

1. Payment: T/T advance 30%, 70% paid against the copy of B/L ;Or L/C at sight
